1. General
Welcome to the i do website, operated by Ido Hadar, an exempt dealer (osek patur) registered in Israel (the "Site" or the "Business"). Browsing and/or purchasing on the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from further use of the Site.
These terms are written in a single grammatical gender for convenience only, and apply equally to all genders.

3. Products and pricing
The Site offers roasted coffee products and related accessories for sale, as well as ordering drinks and items from our cafe for self-collection (takeaway). Product images on the Site are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product (for example, due to changes in packaging design).
Prices shown on the Site are in New Israeli Shekels (₪). The business is registered as an exempt dealer (osek patur) and therefore does not charge VAT; the prices displayed are the final amounts payable. In line with that status, a receipt (kabala) is issued for each purchase rather than a tax invoice. Prices may be updated from time to time, provided that the price actually charged is the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
4. Placing an order and payment
Placing an order requires providing complete and accurate details (full name and mobile phone number). The Site does not charge payment at the time of ordering and does not collect credit card details at all. After an order request is submitted, we will contact you directly to arrange payment, including sending a secure payment link.
An order is considered confirmed and final only once payment is actually completed, as arranged with you. Until then, an order request is not binding and does not guarantee stock availability.
The Company may, at its discretion, cancel an order in the event of a clerical error in the price or product description, an out-of-stock item, or suspicion of a fraudulent order — and will notify the customer promptly of such cancellation.
5. Delivery and shipping
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before payment is completed. The Company makes an effort to meet estimated delivery times, but these are not binding and may change due to circumstances beyond its control (such as delays at the shipping carrier).
6. Cafe takeaway orders
The remote ordering service is for self-collection only from the cafe. We do not currently deliver, and delivery cannot be ordered through the Site.
At this stage no payment is collected online for takeaway orders: the order is sent to the cafe, and you pay at the cafe when you collect it. Until payment is completed, the order does not constitute a binding transaction.
The wait time shown on the Site, and the pickup time you requested, are estimates based on how busy we are at that moment. We make an effort to meet them, but they are not a commitment.
Remote ordering is available only during the hours we enable it, and we may enable or disable it at any time at our discretion, including through fixed operating hours. While it is disabled, orders cannot be sent through the Site.
We may refuse an order or block a phone number from placing remote orders, including in cases of hoax orders, orders repeatedly left uncollected, or other misuse of the service.
An order not collected by the end of the business day on which it was placed will be treated as cancelled. As these are drinks and food items prepared specifically for you, see the Cancellation and Returns Policy.
7. Cancellation and returns

8. Intellectual property
All rights in the Site — including design, text, images, logo, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of the Company, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Site's availability and the accuracy of the information displayed on it, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect damage arising from use of the Site.
10. Privacy
The use of personal information submitted through the Site is subject to the Privacy Policy detailed on the Privacy Policy page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site and these terms shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
